The founder of Winning Ways, Susan (Donahue) Erler, was the Director of Quality for an information design company specializing in technical documentation, performance support tools, Internet solutions, usability testing, and other informational products. Previously, she worked for a large well-known Fortune 500 computer company in the Technical Documentation and Training Department as the Managing Editor; previous to that, in the Law Department of that same company; and more recently at a software company that creates financial analytical applications in the OLAP environment. However, she now spends all of her time on Winning Ways and with her Internet clients.

She understands how important it is to provide clear, concise, accurate, and complete information. "It's especially important to have accurate information for entering a sweepstakes. The official rules are strictly enforced by the judging agencies, and if you don't have complete information, your entries may be disqualified. That's why we're very careful to include the information for the sweepstakes exactly as it appears in the official rules. By providing the information in a clear, consistent, and concise format, it's easier to understand what's required for each one. By doing this, we help our subscribers win more often."
