PRIZES: Grand (7; 1 per category): $5000.
TO ENTER: Hand-print or type an original recipe for one of the following categories: 20-minute Main Dishes, Grilling recipes, Casseroles, Slow Cooker recipes, Desserts, Healthy recipes, and Personal Favorites. The Personal Favorites category may include any recipe that does not fit in any of the other six categories. Recipes entered in the Healthy category must limit the number of calories from fat to no more than 35% of total calories in the recipe, including saturated fat of no more than 7 percent of the total and trans fatty acids (trans fats) of no more than 1% of the total.
