Do Judging Agencies Send Affidavits Only for Large Prizes?

Judging agencies typically send out affidavits for the larger prizes, although they may send an affidavit for a smaller prize as well. It's entirely up to the judging agency and the sponsors as to what prize level they will go down to for affidavits. We have received affidavits for prize values as small as $18. A grand prize winner will usually receive an affidavit. With the other prizes, it's up to the sponsor and the agency as how to administer the promotion.

Also, the judging agency may not send out all of the affidavits at the same time. They may handle the affidavits for the grand prizes first, and when those are all awarded, the judging agency will move onto the next level, and so forth. So, you could receive an affidavit for a prize months after the initial drawing date.
