The founder of Winning Ways, Susan (Donahue) Erler, was the Director of Quality for an information design company specializing in technical documentation, performance support tools, Internet solutions, usability testing, and other informational products. Previously, she worked for a large well-known Fortune 500 computer company in the Technical Documentation and Training Department as the Managing Editor; previous to that, in the Law Department of that same company; and more recently at a software company that creates financial analytical applications in the OLAP environment.
She understands how important it is to provide clear, concise, accurate, and complete information. "It's especially important to have accurate information for entering a sweepstakes.
